FAQs
How much will it cost to come out and look at my system?
Each call has its own unique factors and variables. Our base cost for all diagnostic service calls is 99$, and if your system requires service, we will apply the fee towards your total bill.
Does my unit need to be replaced?
This is something that has to be determined based on the situation, often times proper service can fix or extend the life of your system. Our EPA and NATE certified technicians will go over all the options with you after performing an inspection to choose whether a repair or a replacement is needed.
How do I make payment and do you do financing?
We accept Cash, Wire/ACH transfer, Zelle, Certified Check, Postal Money Order, and all major Credit Cards. At this time we do not offer financing.
Do you service all brands/manufacturers?
At MetronAC we install, service, repair, and maintain all residential and lite commercial systems, including duct work. Our knowledgeable staff is here to help whether your system is 20 years old or was installed yesterday!
